So, a few guys over in the NI forums found a way to d/l 2.1.3.
Instructions:
1. Go to www.native-instruments.com/en/login/
2. Enter your login credentials
3. Under 'My Orders and Products,' click on 'My products and serials'
4. D/l 2.1.3 by clicking on the 'Download' button next to the serial number associated with your Traktor 2 license. (In my case, it is the download link for Traktor Pro 2.)
5. enjoy!
According to the 2.1.3 readme, there aren't many new features in 2.1.3. Well, except for one biggie:

I cant upgrade or anything til i get back a base product. I read on your site the u can upgrade from tarktor pro 2 to scratch. I have the scratch uprade in my account already. Can i uninstall traktor from my MAC buy and install traktor pro 2 then use my exsiting traktor scratch pro 2 serial number to to upgrade as u described on your site. When I press the upgrade button inside Traktor, it crashes, and then opens up ServiceCenter. I then press the Upgrade button inside ServiceCenter, and it asks me for a license key, which I don't have. As of today, users of TRAKTOR DUO 2 and TRAKTOR SCRATCH DUO 2 will receive a free upgrade to TRAKTOR PRO 2. TRAKTOR PRO 2 software comes free with every TRAKTOR hardware. From today onwards, every TRAKTOR hardware item will automatically come with the latest full TRAKTOR PRO 2 version free of charge, which can then be comfortably updated to PRO.

I’m currently running Traktor Pro 2 on my Kontrol S2 and I’m planning to purchase the Scratch A6 bundle so I can have my own DVS to use in clubs with existing equipment in the booth. My question is if I upgrade to Traktor Scratch Pro 2 for the DVS, am I going to be able to use my Kontrol S2 with it or do I have to keep my Traktor Pro 2 to be able to use my S2?
